Interview
since this was my first job we went through an onsite exam that tests your basic skills ie. math and comprehension. 2nd part of the exam was a company culture exam. 2nd phase was a manager interview then last phase was the department lead interview
The interview process has been quite extensive so far. It began with personality assessments designed to understand my traits and compatibility with the role. Following that, there was a technical evaluation through Codility, which tested my programming abilities and problem-solving skills. I’m also aware that this is just the beginning, with additional interviews and stages planned ahead, where I’ll have more opportunities to showcase my skills and align with the team’s expectations.
