Video interview conducted over their own hiring software. Questions were pre recorded and were based on a case study. You had to give answer while being recorded on video. Some were maths related others situational.

Telephone Interview: Most interview questions are behavioural. It took around 15-20 minutes. HR was very professional and the atmosphere was good, sadly I did not get into the next round.

Smooth and friendly assessors made everything easier. The general themes are mainly regarding company core values, examining your problem solving capabilities, how you approach the current bank issues. If you do some research beforehand you will be fine.
