After I spend about one hour to be able to answer to all the legal and "illegal" questions from.the application submission process, I was invited to take an online assessment that was actually a simulation of their work environment. I realized that such a stressful work environment wasn'nt actually very attractive from the beggining. After I answered the online assessment, I just received a message that I am not a match for the job even if I have 8 year experience in Risk management area, and no feedback regsrding the twken assessment. Very dissapointing. I erased my account fron their career section
