Interview
A pretty straightforward process, 30 minute interviews which would mainly be split 10 mins on fit and motivation, 20 mins on case. Team were all personable and happy to chat.
The interview was a Face to face interview, short apt test is required after application submission. When interview was asked about behavioral questions and previous working experiences related to the role.
It was a smooth process. There were 2 rounds of interview. The first round was completely technical where I was asked questions about my experience, projects and given a couple of technical questions. The second round was more techno-managerial where I was given some scenarios to understand my approach.
