I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at HSBC (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
One “virtual” interview and then a super day (3 interviews) if you make it past. The interviewers will ask you behavioral, HSBC and other related questions. You also need to be prepared for some of their case studies. But they should be pretty easy don’t worry.
After submitting your CV and application, they immediately send you a link for OIA (Online Assessment) and then if you passed you get to the Job Simulation round. They also provided you with reports of your performance though I didn't find it useful and it didn't contain the result.
