it was an assessment center, takes around 3 hours, a discussion, two presentation (1 business and 1 non-business), and then is a 1-1 interview. There was 5 people in my group and at last 3 of us get the offer.

Assessment Center consisted 4 sections, including 1 presentation with one partner by choosing 1 hot topic, 1 one-to-one case study, 1 information collection presentation, and 1 an-hour strength-based interview. This assessment was very difficult for candidates who have never been trained.
