Interview
I had the worst experience. I went for an in-person interview that had two rounds got selected, the same day had a telephonic round got selected but after that, the recruiter went silent. I had an initial idea that they don't have a budget and are looking for fresher but wasted my time. After 3 levels of rounds clearing the recruiter to say HR will call and check your communication skill, I mean what did you check in the past 3 rounds then? It's a Sales position and clearing 3 rounds implied that I possess good communication skills. Anyway, The HR round happened and she literally asked about my experience and alary and they never came back even to negotiate. Wasted my time and energy. In the first round itself I told my expedition and current package, they should have not called me for an interview in the first place.

Interview
Pathetic interview process, the person taking my interview was very incompetent and seemed to be a junior person. When it was a video interview then the person taking the interview should have also been visible that clearly shows professionalism. I answered all the questions with utmost confidence & was quite sure that it would proceed to the next round. I was asked the revenue target that I could take which cannot be told on first call until the person is aware of the role properly and the service value. Recruiter told it's not a field role while the interviewer told I will have to meet the clients.. Are you serious is this the process you follow ? However after calling the HR about the feedback I was told that since I haven't taken bigger revenue target they have kept my profile on hold. Called again after a week no response.
