Interview
Well ,there was a pool campus placement drive at SJCET palai. The first round was aptitude test which was quite simple. The next step was like an hr interview which was on the very next day. Only the communication skills were checked here. Those who got selected got in to a panel interview which wasn't a big deal and final round is the technical interview which was conducted online on our preferred date.
The drive was conducted by the MCA department of this college and those who didn't clear the aptitude test or the hr interview were given a second chance . They were send straight to the interview round and all of them got selected. Some who have not cleared the technical interview were given a second chance.
Well I didn't pass the technical interview and I'm frustrated of giving many a second chance while others weren't given any.
That's discrimination . Treat every one equally.

They asked lot of real life scenario question mostly to understand my thought process which was fun for me
