I engaged in an initial telephone conversation with the recruiter, followed by my inaugural interview with the Operations leader. Subsequently, she arranged for me to interview with several team members to enable me to garner insights about the company and their perspectives. Following this, I received a communication from the Talent Acquisition Leader to delve deeper into the discussion of benefits and salary and address any queries I had. Promptly thereafter, I was presented with a verbal offer, succeeded by a written proposal. Although I engaged in negotiation, thereby extending the process, the organization displayed generosity and reasonableness in their compensation offer. As someone with over 20 years of industry experience coming from a competitor, they further extended an offer of additional paid time off (PTO) to bring me closer to the benefits I had accrued with my previous employer. Overall, the process was streamlined, and I am exceedingly content with my decision to accept.
