Pretty standard. Over the course of 3 weeks or a month I had three interviews. A phone screen, manager interview and ceo interview. Overall pleasant experience. So yeah, I would say it was pretty straight forward

A recruiter reached out to me on Linkedin saying that my profile was a strong fit for a role. We arranged a time to meet and discuss the role, company, and myself. The overall impression I was given is that the recruiter did not bother looking through my resume and needed to reach an application quota. As such, I never recieved any response to my follow-up and the position closed without any rejection.
