I really enjoyed my interview experience with Hub. They were following up when they said they would and got me through the process fairly quickly. I also enjoyed meeting those who I interviewed with.

Explain a time where you could have approached an issue differently?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HUB International in Apr 2026
Interview
The interview was well organized and team was aligned. The process was quick and the recruiter provided timely updates along the way. Interviewers were leaders on the team I would be reporting to. The interviews felt like they also wanted to make sure I fit with the Hub culture, not just my experience.

Interview
Overall process was managed well by the recruiter in terms of providing company information, lining up interviews with different panelists. However, I noticed that the panelists were not in sync with the actual internal position that thay had planned for fulfillment. One of panelists came up with a totally different role requirement that was neither indicated in the job posting nor any of the earlier panelists mentioned anything of that nature.
Its better to respect everyone’s time/efforts, be it candidate, recruiter or panelists.
