Phone interview first, three more interviews with different individuals in the company.
Process was lengthy but fair.
Interviewers will assess your critical reasoning skills and ability to deal with high profile clients.

Efficient. Was 3 step process, and the recruiter kept me informed throughout it.
The interviewers were able to atriculate the and the vision of the organizaiton while
situating the roles responsbilities.
They were personable, and easy to speak with.

Met with the hiring manager, a peer and HR. The process was fairly easy where they asked about my employment history and background. It was quite conversational and at no time did I feel like it was an hardcore interview.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at HUB International in Apr 2023
Interview
As an experienced hire, I felt that the interview process was excellent. The process gave respect to that fact but challenged me in areas that may be outside of my wheelhouse. The company communicated clearly and transparently letting me know when I would hear from them and stuck to their timelines.

Most of the interview questions were tailored around the role I was applying for and I had familiarity with the group prior to applying. So, I don't believe any questions they asked me would be particularly relevant for other roles.
