The interview was a three-stage process. First stage was an online interview. Second and third were both in office meeting members of the team and talking with both the Director and the Vice President of the department.

My interview experience with HUB International was exceptional from start to finish. The process included three rounds, each of which felt more like an authentic conversation rather than a traditional interview. Every team member I met was welcoming, knowledgeable, and generous with their insights about the role and the company. Their professionalism and openness made the experience positive and reaffirmed my interest in joining the organization.

The interviewer was nice and I was able to interview. I liked that the first interview was a phone interview. It is good to have an initial phone interview to learn more about the position and the company.
