HUB uses Hireright. Generally, the online system was okay, however, I was asked to provide proof of my start date for a company that I was employed by for 26 years. I was able to find evidence but I thought the request was unreasonable. How many people could actually do this? Secondly, I provided a certificate for a program I completed back in 1988. They accepted it but said they needed to verbally confirm the fact. Again, I thought this was unusual, who would go to lengths to falsify such a fact? I commented at the time that the experience could actually deter a candidate from applying for a position. On the positive side, when I corresponded with Hireright through email they wee quick to respond. Don't think there was much leeway in the process.
