I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at HUB International (Sacramento, CA) in Dec 2022
Interview
The recruiting and interview process were seamless and straightforward. I had one interview with two very kind hiring managers where I felt relaxed and confident. The timeline for the whole process was quick, about less then a month. I was offered the position and tried to negotiate the salary a couple dollars higher, given my experience and skills, and was told by the hiring manager that he would get back to me within a day regarding the negotiations. I did not hear back after a week so I followed up again and left him a voicemail. I never heard back from him. I was basically ghosted by this company after they extended an offer because I tried to negotiate $2 more in pay. So extremely unprofessional and a waste of everyone’s time involved.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at HUB International (Abbotsford, BC) in Feb 2024
Interview
The interview process was quite simple. Firstly, there was a phone interview, just asking some basic questions about myself and then a video interview.
The virtual interview was really good. There were different situational, behavioural and some fun questions too.
Overall, the interview process was great.
