Interview
I applied for the job and then was told to meet for an interview a couple of days later. The interview was smooth and gave me great insight into the role I was applying for and what is required. I then went through a background check that takes around 1-2 weeks. After the background check, I was able to fill out some forums to begin working immediately. Although the process did take a while it went by smoothly and I had no issues.

Spoke in a room about job requirements, Interview was very easy as I am only an intern. Interviewer was very nice and welcoming, allowing me to feel comfortable during the interview.
