Interview
From the first phone call until I received an offer letter, I was very impressed with the interview process. It wasn't the typical process of wait a few weeks and receive a form letter. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and communicative.

They came in already knowing how my background fit with this position - and had really done their homework. The question I remember most is "How do you handle prioritizing tasks when you have a lot on your plate?"
