The interview was very focused on customer service and scenario based questions. it was 2 stage interview and it was fairly easy. I was called by the recruiter and the next stage was both recruiter and hiring manager

Q: Tell me about a time you disagreed with a coworker?
excellent interviewer, very professional, took the time to learn a bit about myself, of course to make me feel comfortable. the interview was done over zoom, but still felt the personal contact. I asked a bit about the company and some questions about the job, and they were answered sufficiently and quickly. Overall, a good experience
