Interview
The steps were and initial screening with recruiter, second round with the hiring manager and current RVP, third round with Sr. Executives. The HUB interviewers created an environment that encouraged an open and honest exchange of information so that we could both get to know each other. I was given plenty of time to share about me and they were open to sharing about themselves and HUB.

There were questions as expected to cover all aspects of the position including technical, leadership, management, culture, overcoming obstacles, teamwork, communication, project management, etc.

Interview
The process was comfortable and very supportive. I was told multiple times that HR was my advocate and available to support me throughout the process. I felt well represented during the whole process.
