Interview
The process started with an initial screening conversation followed by an in-person interview at the branch. The interview was professional but also welcoming and conversational rather than overly formal or intimidating. The team asked a mix of behavioral and situational questions focused on customer service, communication, handling pressure, and adaptability. They also discussed licensing, training, expectations, scheduling, and long-term growth opportunities within the company. Overall, the atmosphere felt supportive and respectful, and the process moved forward in an organized manner.
Professional and polite beginning with the adequate flow of questions and answers, told about myself and get to know about company. Interview was closed with the sharing of expectations for both the company and mine.
