HUB International PERSONAL LINES Customer Service Representative interview questions

I was contacted by an internal recruiter from HUB for a short phone screening that went over basics of the position. She moved me along quickly as they were aware I was speaking with other companies as well. Within the week, I was scheduled for a zoom meeting with the local office managers for my region. Upon completion, I was contacted again to schedule a 2nd interview with another executive to help make their decision. The entire process for me only took about 3-4 weeks.

Call with the recruiting staff member for an overview and to be sure what was available would meet both our needs without wasting anyone's time. Once we agreed to move ahead I met with the hiring manager by phone for a longer more in-depth interview and overview of the company and position to be filled.
