HUB International Technical Assistant interview questions

The interview process started with an initial phone screen with a recruiter/HR to go over the basics of the job and the type of responsibility you can bring into the organization. Then you had a second interview (completed on MS Teams) with a senior member of the HR team to go over the role in more depth. There was a skills & personality assessment which was to be completed. Typical background checks were completed and an offer was extended to me verbally.

Everyone introduced themselves. We had a conversation I answered some questions and discussed my past work experience. I learned about the job I was interviewing for and then we ended the interview.
