I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HUNGRY (Boston, MA) in Dec 2021
Interview
Set up a zoom interview with a recruiter who had initially reached out to me, only for them to not be present at the zoom interview. When I reached out asking for an update the recruiter was very confused and tried to play it off as if some technical error had occurred. We instead just had a phone interview. I thought I did pretty well, as I have a decade of experience in a similar field.
I waited over a week before I reached out again and learned that the position had been filled.
The concept is actually pretty cool and I was excited at the opportunity but was really frustrated at the lack of professionalism on the recruiting side.
