Long and definitely intense. With multiple people but definitely eye opening and encouraging insight inspiring was definitely uncomfortable and unraveling company is defined as open door policy and aggressive approach
First interview was great but second interview, not so much. One of the panel members was quick to interpret and asked some condescending questions. Didn’t want to work there after that.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Habitat for Humanity (Toronto, ON) in Jun 2021
Interview
Really friendly and clearly communicated steps - included an HR screening call, a hiring manager 1:1 and then a peer interview. Very welcoming atmosphere and provided a great deal of information on the role and internal processes.
