I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Habitat for Humanity
Interview
The interview process consisted of a phone screening with the recruiter, a phone interview with the hiring manager, and an on-site day of interviews with various members of the staff that the position interfaced with. I find this process to be standard among a few companies I have interviewed with.

Question 1
Situational questions around how I would handle a comms scenario.
I didn't get to the interview stage. This is a critique of their rejection notification, it reads "Company Not Interested: Thank you for your interest in our company. Unfortunately, we have other candidates that better fit the skills of the position."
In my opinion, this is very rude and insensitive in tone, not to mention unprofessional sounding and not very polished. Ironic that this organization has the word "humanity" in their name. I certainly will not be applying to any other positions, and this has just left a sour impression toward a nonprofit that I previously held in high regard.
