I went through a total of 8 interviews... 1 preliminary with HR and then another 7 with various members from their finance team. I was still working with my previous employer at that time and at 30 minutes each, I spent approximately 4+ hours of my time, to not even get a response when the interview process was concluded.
That was the most frustrating aspect. To devote so much time in my schedule for their thorough interview process, to not even receive an email from them stating that I was not selected for the position. For a supposed "Christian" company, I would have expected more. I believe in following things through to the end and being transparent & honest. For these reasons, I do not believe I would have been happy long-term had I received a job offer from Habitat for Humanity.
Ultimately, I believe that everything happens for a reason. I accepted a job offer with a company that I love working for and feel valued with.
