I applied online. I interviewed at Habitat for Humanity (Toledo, OH)
Interview
I was interviewed in front of the entire Board of Directors. Multiple people took turns asking questions, which were relatively easy. Because I was an executive director at another affiliate, the questions were directed at my experiences.
The interview process was great, they were able to answer all questions and provide clarity on the role and direction of the organization. Based on the interview I would recommend them.
