Four step process that consisted of rounds of interviews starting with HR, followed by a one on one interview for the next phase. Next team meeting with a group of supervisors and finally the department chair, Process turn around with quick, all interviews occured within a weeks time as weel as an offer. Company is extremly pepole oriented and each manager seemed very knowledgable.
Phone interview. Scheduled and occured on time. Representative was very friendly and engaging. We discussed my experience and what I was looking for and then she discussed what they were looking for. All went well. It was a pleasant process overall.

Informal- met with two managers separately after filling out application. Immediately I talked with each of them maybe fifteen to twenty minutes; then got a call later that afternoon asking me to start as soon as possible.
