Phone interview. Took off work for an in person interview and had to take off again for another in person interview. A lot of time off from my current position to apply for a job I did not get.
Interview process was standard questions, though, they requested a test of updating spreadsheets over a specific timed period. The interview was held with multiple stakeholders in the business at different stages.

I was called and ask for a day I was asked when I could come in for and interview. They told me who i was looking for and what time to be there. I got told the job describe. Asked about myself and what skills i may bring to the company. What I was hoping to learn for this job. Asked for my references. They contacted them and then extended me and offer.
