HackerOne Account Manager interview questions

A 15-20 minute call with someone from the recruitment team. This was a rather informal call that allowed me to ask a few questions about the company/role. I was asked a couple of basic background questions around my career thus far, why I had applied for this role etc. The second interview was quickly agreed with a Senior Director from the UK sales team. This was a more formal discussion which went into greater detail into my background: the customers I’ve worked with, the deals I’ve closed etc. A good 20 mins was left for me to ask questions, with the interviewer stating that he bases his opinion of candidates & their suitability to the role largely on the types of questions asked. Upon reflection, I felt that I wasn’t a good fit for the role. Nevertheless, I didn’t hear back from Hackerone despite being told I’d receive feedback within 24hrs. Had I been offered the opportunity for another interview, I would have declined, but the fact that I never heard from them again was disappointing.
