The interview process was pretty typical for an EM role: recruiter screen, hiring manager, 2 hours of panels (one tech focused and the other delivery focused) and finally meeting with the SVP of Engineering. HackerOne stood out for friendliness and prompt communications. Start to finish took about two weeks, and they easily accommodated a speedup at the end because of a competing offer. They were able to give a verbal offer the morning after the final interview and had the formal paperwork ready for signature that afternoon. The interview questions were mostly around team leadership, managing deliveries and behavioral questions. Technical questions were based on describing a previous project and some probing questions about tech decisions and the how/who/why they were made.
