It's a standard interview process, pleasant experience overall. 1st interview with a recruiter; Easy to talk to on the phone about the role. 2nd interview with the hiring manager; He didn't seem to know too much about the role (his job title suggests that he works in a completely different area/function). It seems that the company hasn't figured out what they are looking for exactly and not having the right people in place for the interview doesn't help. The hiring manager seemed to be very distracted during the Zoom meeting.
