I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at HackerOne (London, England) in Mar 2022
Interview
I was initially referred for 1 role, during the first zoom contact with a recruiter they preferred my skill set for a different role. Moved onto first stage interview, then a second stage, moved to 3rd stage sign off and was recommended for a the original role I was referred for! looped back to first stage, moved to second stage with a task to perform and then offered a position.
I loved the fact everyone took the time to go through my CV and actually try to understand my skillsets and personality. I've never been through an interview process where I felt invested in. HackerOne made me feel like I was wanted through the whole process and I loved that!
