The interview process was actually quite enjoyable. There were 4 rounds with a screen call and writing prompt. The total process took about month, but I received communication relatively quickly after applying and interviews were scheduled swiftly after each stage. The interviews involved were with the Hiring Manager, Cross-Functional Panel, Director, and a Team Member. They were very structured with pertinent and purposeful questions and the number of rounds seemed appropriate for the role. The recruitment team was a huge bright spot and big part of why I wanted the role so badly and was excited to join. They really gave white glove service throughout the process, checking on me after each session and offering helpful tips and support including reminders. Hannah was beyond amazing and her drive and commitment to my success through the process made saying yes to the role so easy.
