The interview was probably the most positive interview experience I've ever had. The whole team, from start to finish, were really supportive and the person acting as the Recruiter for the role was really helpful with answering questions etc. and keeping me in the loop. Throughout the process I felt as though I was being supported to succeed, rather than expected to fail, and the conversations I had were relaxed, friendly but still informative on both parts. I had to do a technical test, which was fairly standard, and the Senior Engineer was happy to answer any questions and encouraged me to optimise the solution afterwards. Overall it was a really positive experience and it was great getting an insight to the team. I couldn't wait to hear back from them and I was super excited to get an offer.
