The interview process at HackerOne was excellent. The recruiting team was clear, communicative, and transparent about each step, no surprises. Everyone I spoke with seemed genuinely excited to be part of the company. I asked each person the same three questions: why they chose the company, the biggest challenges facing the company, and those specific to the channel. The answers aligned across the board, which speaks to them being on the same page.
