Signing NDA before interview process, an overkill. There is nothing in all the interview conversations that would fall into the 'confidential' category. What are info are they afraid that might get out?
First interview with HR.
Five interviews that followed with team members and founders.
Was told I was one of the final candidate - but yet one of feedback items was that they had issues with my contracting past. Why pull someone throughout the entire process when the company has a fundamental issue with previous contracting experience on the cv?

Standard interview questions from team members.
Senior leadership (who had not joined company yet) asked me during the interview to send my LinkedIn profile as he wanted to see all my contacts, to see if he knew anyone. Considering we never worked for same companies, WTH. And to request that during an zoom video interview, when you are supposed to be having a conversation with candidate, not scrutinising their contacts, very weird behaviour.
