I had a phone interview which I thought went well given the tone at the end of the phone call. The overall phone interview was part me telling them about myself and part them explaining the entirety of the type of work they do. It sort of felt like I was being discouraged from applying but the end of the phone call was fine. I was then told that I would have an in person interview scheduled but there would be some delay due to travel, which is perfectly fine. We're all busy people, but after that, I followed up and had no reply. I would understand if I were told that the position has been filled, but no response is just insulting.
