Got a text to set up a phone interview, then an in person interview and tour of the facility, then ride along to see the process of how they do business

Its a personality interview. You will meet with the Vice President or the General Manager and they will decide if you get to go on a ride along to audition for the position. You'll shadow and observe a team lead and based off how you vibe with them you'll get the position. Easy interview just be yourself, be easy to work with and have some personality cause your gonna be approaching strangers in parking lots
