First step was a 30 minute video call with Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition. The interview was conversational in nature to get a better understanding of my personality and interest in the company. She provided some great detail about the company as well and answered all of my questions. She remained my primary point of contact throughout the interview process and was excellent at staying in touch at every step of the way. There was never a point in the process where I was left wondering what might happen next.
Second interview was with the VP-level hiring manager. This was also very conversational in nature. His questions were broad enough to enable good conversation around the examples from my background that I provided. He provided insights into the role, department, and broader company strategies. He also made me aware of the next steps in the process.
The next 3 video interviews were with various members of the hiring manager's team and an adjacent department's VP. All were 1 on 1 and conversational. Everyone was incredibly pleasant.
Final interview was with the hiring managers supervisor, a Sr. VP level. This too was very conversational in nature. We discussed strategy and the challenges the org was facing.
No silly, overly-standardized interview questions. No games. Plenty of support throughout the process. 10/10, would interview with Hain again.
