Interview
I applied online, and was contacted quickly by the company's recruiter who was very friendly and helpful. I did an initial phone interview with the first recruiter, and then a second recruiter set me up with an in person interview with both center manager and regional manager. Shortly after my interviews, I was contacted to do a personality-type assessment at the center, this was followed by a final phone interview with the VP of Sales. After a background check I was offered the position, and accepted!

Hair Club is extremely selective. The entire interview process took well over a month.You have 1 on 1 face to face interviews with several people as well as 1 on 1 phone interviews. You will take several test to see how well of a fit you are with in the company. Be confident in your self and your abilities.You will fly out of town for one week of training. You are sometimes asked personal questions with in the legal limit.
