I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at HairClub in May 2017
Interview
Very thorough and intense. Definately be prepared with educated answers, but be honest. Dont say what you think they want you to say, thats transparent. Do your research on this company.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at HairClub (Troy, MI) in Apr 2022
Interview
Initiated by phone call from Dena H.R. team, set up initial phone screen, which led to recommendation to have formal Teams video call with Regional Director Candice Ward (future superior), which went well and we set up a Fave to Face in Troy, MI during her center visit on 4/27, which also went well, Candice was very pleasant, very professional, and wonderful positive personality. I felt extremely welcomed and at ease with her demeanor. It was great experience. That afternoon I had another Teams video Call with H.R. Director Lisa Wilson. Again very pleasant, gave me a solid understanding of the company, how HR and the field work together. I could tell we would have a great working relationship going forward.
