Was initially contacted via email by a HC recruiter. Once I expressed interest I did a phone screening with the recruiter, then phone interview with center manager, On Job Experience that was a few hours long and held in person at the hair center. Loved the OJE that includes: sales role plays, the opportunity to meet the center team, a center tour, interacting with other team members, q&a with center manager.

Having worked in prior senior management roles myself, I am very familiar with the recruitment process, and was greatly impressed by the high level of professionalism, diligence and excellent communication throughout. The process was clearly outlined from the beginning, and my expectations regarding timelines, requirements and the position itself were very well managed. The opportunity to ask clarifying questions and seek additional information about the position and company was always available. Everyone that I have come in contact with has been informative, warm and helpful.
