You will initially work with a dedicated recruiter by position. They will pre screen you to ensure you are the right fit. If you move to the next step then you will most likely get contacted for an interview. You typically meet with a Center Managing Director for initial interview. This is very thorough and job specific. You may meet with other center supervisors depending on the position. If you move to the next steps after this, you will speak with a Regional Manager and possible take a personality type exam.
