I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at HairClub (Birmingham, AL) in Mar 2015
Interview
very intense; very thorough with lots of motivational questions. Asked about ability to talk with different levels of intelligence; never mentioned the crazy work schedule and the long hours....especially not being able to take more than 30 minutes for lunch or dinner. Very difficult environment to work in because of all the hair products and bad filter system. Was not a big concern for management but it should be because their facility smelled very bad with all the hair products they use.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at HairClub (Louisville, KY) in Feb 2016
Interview
The process was smooth and streamlined. I spoke first with recruiters, to branch managers, and the Vice President of Sales. Each individual was courteous, professional and very personable.Their goal was not only to see if I was the right fit for this company, but to make sure they were the right fit for me. Each interview was a delightful insight into the company. The recruiters assisted in the preparation process for each interview. I felt very comfortable and well prepared for each step.
