It’s a lengthy process but I like that they’re very through. You do a regular interview and then a technical interview of course . I also got to do a tour and spend the day there and kinda get a feel for it I really enjoyed that

Was initially contacted via email by a HC recruiter. Once I expressed interest I did a phone screening with the recruiter, then phone interview with center manager, On Job Experience that was a few hours long and held in person at the hair center. Loved the OJE that includes: sales role plays, the opportunity to meet the center team, a center tour, interacting with other team members, q&a with center manager.
