Interview process was in depth and longer than most. You will speak with recruiters, Profit Center Managers, Regional Managers, and 3rd party advisors. Must take an IQ test, a personality test, and be interviewed by a specialist.

They asked what some major accomplishments you had, how do you handle adversity and give examples of your answers.
Several interviews trying to gauge personality and see if you are fit to run your own business. On campus interview, in person tour, call with company psychologist, and interview with regional manager.
The initial interview was good. It was a get to know you type of conversation. Next steps were explained. You will not go further until you complete the assessments. The assessments were pretty low quality, and there was plenty of questions to be raised regarding the data given. I personally never heard back after the assessment.
