The interview is longer than most and includes online assessments, peer/manager/leadership interviews, an on-site visit, and a background check/drug test. You are kept informed, however at every step and the recruiters do an amazing job of keeping in touch with you and answering any questions.
This company cares a great deal about teamwork, customer service, kindness, leadership, and ethics. It is rare that you get to interview with your manager, peers, senior leadership, and business partners and I feel like it's worth the time they take to make sure it's a good fit both ways.
They're also looking for long term team members, and that's another refreshing aspect that makes you feel like it's worth the extended process.
