I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Hajoca Corporation
Interview
Really detailed and drawn out hiring process. Submitted my resume online and heard back relatively quickly asking to take the Wonderlic test. After that I had a phone interview followed by personality profile tests. Following that I spoke to a psychologist on the phone which was more of an intelligence test than a psychological one. After that I met with the regional manager and then took the Wonderlic again followed by more personality test. I am currently still interivewing

Question 1
Nothing tricky or technical, other than the intelligence test questions. The whole thing seems to be more of an endurance test than anything else
Several interviews trying to gauge personality and see if you are fit to run your own business. On campus interview, in person tour, call with company psychologist, and interview with regional manager.
The initial interview was good. It was a get to know you type of conversation. Next steps were explained. You will not go further until you complete the assessments. The assessments were pretty low quality, and there was plenty of questions to be raised regarding the data given. I personally never heard back after the assessment.
