Interview
30 minute in person interview. Questions centered around how you were going to grow within the company and how your skills and abilities were going to catalyze your ability to do the job effectively and provide you with more opportunities.
Several interviews trying to gauge personality and see if you are fit to run your own business. On campus interview, in person tour, call with company psychologist, and interview with regional manager.
The initial interview was good. It was a get to know you type of conversation. Next steps were explained. You will not go further until you complete the assessments. The assessments were pretty low quality, and there was plenty of questions to be raised regarding the data given. I personally never heard back after the assessment.
